At present, the satellite ground test system is highly targeted, mostly among different models of satellites have defects of low automation, this structure is likely to result in substantial waste of resource s. To support the rapid development of modern aerospace testing technology, a versatile, easy maintenance of automatic test system has become the essential condition of complex test environment. With the rapid development of computer and testing technology, the emergence and application of virtual instrument are the third generation of the development trend of automatic test. This technology can quickly realize the share of communication software and hardware resources, easily set up various test systems, completely automation device configuration, test results of data collection and analysis, state detection equipment components, graphical visual display, and other functions. This thesis based on satellite ground test system requires, and researches on the automatic test system of satellite ground, studies the principle of automatic test, RF switch matrix used in satellite ground test system, signal remote control, sets up a satellite ground automatic test system.Hardware is part mainly composed of microwave components and matrix controller, the AT91SAM9260 embedded processor is the core of switch matrix controller, analyzed RF microwave switches, step-programmable attenuators, couplers etc. In order to achieve the network remote control of satellite ground automatic test system, embedded processor and Ethernet controll er chip W5300 Ethernet interface connection and communication, combining the advantages of Ethernet-supporting TCP/IP protocol, fulfilling the high-speed and stable intercommunication between the automatic test equipment switch matrix and the host computer, realized the remote control of switching microwave switches, attenuators in multi-channels. This interface communication mode is highly efficient and reliable, so it improves the test fficiency quickly.Software part is based on virtual instrument technology Lab VIEW, studied the LXI bus extension technology, Virtual Instrument Software Architecture and TCP/IP communication protocol, fulfill the TCP communication module, data acquisition module based on Lab VIEW. Custom communications protocol complete computer control of RF switch matrix switching, attenuator status, device status read, quickly switch channel signal with visual monitoring. This thesis has achieved a reliable data transmission, highly interactive network control, and improved distribution of satellite ground test system.
