Study On Development Of Qufu Urban Space From The View Of Regional Culture

Under the background of rapid urbanization and globalization, in the process of China’s urban construction, a large number of ancient architectures and historic districts suffers the destruction, the appearance of the city gradually hasten is assimilation and other issues, leading to urban features gradually subsided. Qufu is one of China’s ancient civilization birthplace,the regional traditional culture of Qufu is also affected by various kinds of shock. Urban characteristics of Qufu is fading. The protection and creation of regional cultural characteristics has become an important requirement for the development of urban space in Qufu. For this reason, this paper take the axis of time as a clue, from the perspective of regional culture.First,study the interaction of Qufu urban space of history development and regional cultural evolution,then analyzes the geographical and cultural characteristics of the Qufu present situation of the urban space and the existing problems, and puts forward the strategies for the development of urban space,to enhance the geographical and cultural characteristics of the city.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, describes the study background, purpose and significance, study status in China and abroad, as well as the contents, methods and framework of the study.The second chapter is the theoretical study, studies the theory of regional culture and urban space, and the interaction between the regional culture and urban space.In the third chapter, analyzes the interaction between urban space of history development and regional cultural evolution by the methods of literature review and map overlay. The fourth chapter, through the methods of field survey, figure-ground analysis and urban image analysis, analyzes the regional cultural characteristics and existing problems of five different types of urban internal space. In chapter five, based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by urban development, from the perspective of regional culture, put forward two aspects of the institutional level and spiritual level of urban space development strategy, in order to guide the development of Qufu urban space. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the study results, deficiencies and proposes the forecast.
