In project construction control of the three objectives, quality is the fundamental control, the cost is the key to control, and the schedule is the core of the control.Some modern large-scale construction projects, in particular,have an unprecedented investment scale,coverage social influence,high design complexity, more engineering change,short time is limited for a project,high multiplicities of technology, big risk,complex construction process and have numerous professional contractors, various crossover operation,huge volume and construction site information coordination and construction schedule management difficulty increase linearly.According to the survey,the traditional 67% of the problems in the large-scale construction projects related to information interaction;Increase in the cost of information interaction causes account for10% to 33% of the total construction project;In large-scale construction projects, the project cost from 3% to 5% of the total cost is caused by information interaction problem of engineering change and error.In this case, the construction management in the construction of the field of information collection, information transmission between the treatment and management positions, and collaborative work between different work is a lag because of information asymmetry phenomenon.Servo principle is known in a system, the result of system is often decided by the content of the progress the slowest, lagging in the construction site construction link will cause a chain reaction, a series of influence on the overall progress control.To sum up, improve the large-scale construction project schedule control of information collection, processing, and timely feedback ability has become a new direction to optimize construction schedule control.Mobile information transmission is the main characteristics of individual operating systems.We can connect the military by mobile, dispersion, independent individual individual via mobile Internet, communicate the individual acquisition of voice, image transmission to the information processing center, receive implement emergency scheduling based on mobile communication command issued and emergency receive feedback information used to aid decision making.With the development and popularity of the mobile Internet applications, the bandwidth of the wireless network has been greatly promoted, high-definition pictures, video image transmission into reality.People can timely collect emergency information, transform, receive, analysis, make decision,etc.This topic will focus on the construction progress control of large-scale construction projects, based on the coordination theory, in the view of the perspective of strengthening information circulation efficiency, introduce individual operating system technology, organize the construction project management personnel according to the individual operating system assembly in the military mobile terminals, information collection, information transmission equipment of the construction project progresswork focused on the mobile terminal, and then establish the construction management system of mobile information interaction. A construction project management is an information centre, such restrictions can break the office, information acquisition,storage, communication, feedback at any time.By building the information platform of information transmission, integration, analysis, processing and hardware and software system, at the scene of the construction project, we can build an information integration command center, through the small mobile terminals, then gathered all the construction schedule information to the command center, after the analysis process decision feedback to management implementation plan, and then build the construction schedule control system model.Next, based on individual system model,I prove the information transmission of real-time interactive feedback mechanism and its value and the necessity and value of the model established on the basis of individual and group progress on construction site management, and then discuss its practical value for rapid processing engineering change, and the effect to control the construction schedule risk,finally I compare with the current situation of the current construction progress control,details the transformation of construction progress control information from the network operating system to mobile information of the value of the process to control the construction progress together.
