Carbon fiber briaded composites is called “black gold” because of their first-class mechanical properties.They have been widely used in various fields,such as aerospace,automotive industry,due to high specific strength and ablation resistance.In addition to integrative problem,design of the joint is a significant lint to connect the whole structure.the mechanically fastened joint,the adhesively bonded joint and the above two kinds of hybrid form are commonly adopted in large composite structures.This paper which aimed at carbon fiber composite mechanical fastened joints as research object,concentrate on studying the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite through numerical simulation method.The main work is as follows:Firstly,a continuum damage model based on Hashin failure criteria is proposed.The basic numerical model is established based on cohesive interaction model.By contract to experiment to verify the reliability of the numerical model.Then,we studied the influence of geometry on the failure loads,the double(single)lap bolted joints parameters were analyzed,we get the load displacement curve and correction coefficient curve.At last,double lap multi bolted joints were analyzed,we get the load displacement curve and correction coefficient curve to discuss the parameters.
