The form of combined multi-source heating system is complex, so there are a number of key issues to be resolved. To obtain optimum program, these issues need to be analyzed and different programs need to be compared. As a consequence, the technical and economic evaluation system of combined multi-source heating system is needed.First, this paper analyzed the more common heat source in the form of heating system, energy type, operation mode, etc., and discussed its characteristics and problems. On this basis, suitable for multi-source heating system combined with technical and economic indicators which included energy efficiency indicators, economic and environmental indicators were proposed. And for different forms of heat, energy sources, gave the corresponding index calculation method. Finally, the technical and economic evaluation system was established, moreover, the evaluation method was proposed. It provided a theoretical basis for the joint multi-source heating system planning.According to model, project examples and this system, some common key issues of heating planning were analyzed. The key issues are the optimal choice of heat source location, reasonable distribution of heat duty ratio and the preferably combined mode of the heat source combination.In the preferred heat source position study, modeling, and it is analyzed from two angles, including system load evenly distributed and centralized distribution. Economic analysis based, and computing early investment cost, a lot of repairs cost, heat losses cost and annual operating costs of different options. By comparison between the different plans to obtain the best solution under different circumstances, and summarizing the rational principles of arrangement of the heat source position. On the basis of the rational arrangement of the heat source position on research, the problem were considered from two angles, including system load evenly distributed and centralized distribution. The rational allocation of heat load ratio were set different programs, analyzing based on the calculation of economic indicators, and the best programs were obtained, summarizing the rational distribution principle of heat load ratio. Based on the heating system in Jixi, a study was conducted to analyze the combined operation of boilers with thermal power plants and heat pumps with thermal power plants in terms of energy conservation, economical efficiency, and environmental protection, got a better heat source combination plan. Finally, based on short and long term load analysis discusse the heating planning how to determine the size of the system, by comparing analysis of the pipe network in operating costs, the initial investment and the annual cost and other economic indicators, The reasonable scale of the system are obtained, which are not transformed to the pipe network and the need to transform the pipe network in two cases.Based on the problems in common of technical and economic evaluation of the heating system planning, this paper got a conclusion with some reference value, providing a theoretical basis and decision-making basis for the actual project.
