Digital Dynamic Test And IED Modeling Of 220kV Transformer

The dynamic simulation testing is the recent rise of the new substation intelligent testing technology based on the digital simulation system, in this paper, the full digital simulation device intelligent substation electromagnetic transient simulation model of 220 k V transformer is built to research, and the functions and configuration of the transformer protection IED are studied.Firstly, the advanced digital power system simulator ADPSS and electromagnetic transient simulation algorithm are introduced in this paper. According to the industry standard, the dynamic simulation testing method of main transformer is proposed, and the transformer dynamic model testing scheme and electromagnetic transient simulation model are designed. Then, 5 dynamic simulation testing models are established by use of the custom modeling functions of ADPSS, including transformer inter-turn short circuit inter-turn short circuit, internal metal fault of differential protection, short-circuit through the transition resistance, developing fault and recovery inrush, the 5 kinds of operating conditions model are tested in the design of 220 kV intelligent substation electromagnetic transient simulation model.Secondly, decomposition the protection function of the structure by the research object of the transformer protection device, logical node model is established, at the same time, the protection function is extended to customize the new logical nodes according to standard, the information model of the transformer protection IED is established according to IEC 61850 Ed 2.0 standards. The configuration file structure and control block of transformer protection IED model are analyzed by using IED scout testing tool, and the configuration file structure and configuration method are analyzed in detail.Finally, to test the consistency of transformer protection configuration file, the protocol testing system GF4600-IEC 61850 is used according with the standard of IEC 61850 Ed 2.0, mainly including transformer protection IED model checking and IED device testing, and the test reports of the configuration file conform to IEC61850 standard.
