| The mode of "HPS+Manual control" was used in traditional highway tunnel lighting,and this combination has a slow response and can not be adjusted in real time according to the actual lighting needs,which not only brings the traffic safety risks but also causes a huge waste of energy. In recent years, LED lighting has been widely used by the feature of fast response, environment-friendly and small superior characteristics. If the LED combined with intelligent control system was used in tunnel lighting, which significantly improved the defect of conventional tunnel lighting,and the LED tunnel lighting is currently one of the most active research topic. Based on improving traffic safety and saving energy,this paper studies on an intelligent LED Tunnel Light Control System, and aims in improving the level of research and application of LED tunnel lighting.In order to design a lighting system matches with the tunnel actual lighting needs, works has been carried out as follows:(1)This paper analyzed effect of "Black hole" and "White hole" in tunnel, elaborated affecting of brightness and brightness uniformity on tunnel traffic safety, pointed out the lack of real-time speed data in the existing "Tunnel Lighting Design Rules" which may cause traffic safety problems,and last concluded the "LED+Controller+RS-485+intelligent algorithms" system design.(2)This paper focused on designing the technology-based PWM stepless dimming light controller. Using Protel complete the design of filter circuit, power adapter module,central control module,constant current control module(LM3409HV chip combining peripheral circuit).(3)Proposed a "remote fiber +live RS-485" system networking mode, using experimental methods to validate the communication distance of RS-485 in a different environment,and extended the 485-site communication distance by using repeaters; designing system communication protocol to achieve the efficient and accurate transmission of control instruction.(4)Designed manual,timing and intelligent system control mode,and design two-mode intelligent control algorithm strategy emphasized.The first layer data fusion algorithmprocesses the input signal error and simulated on matlab,and results indicate that this algorithm can significantly reduce the input parameter error;The second layer assigns weights to the first layer of the fusion data depending on external environment,and calculates the luminance value of the system output, the simulation results show that the luminance output value can be good matched with the actual tunnel needs.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme tunnel LED lighting control system can greatly improve the tunnel traffic safety risks problem caused by the mismatching between lighting brightness and real needs. At the same time, it saves energy by using " LED light+ Intelligent control system" mode. |
