Scenic area is a place served for people to carry out rest, entertainment or scientific and cultural activi ties. And it also is a product to meet the needs of people’s mental activities. With the development of social economy, scenic area has become a necessary part in social life. For commercial block, in addition to carr ying shopping function outside, it also bears "tourism, enjoyment, rest and entertainment" function, which i s a part of the scenic area functions.
