| High speed PM generator is drived by exhaust gas turbine for vehicles, It can transform the exhaust into electrical device.The generating set makes the best use of abgasenergie and saving energy, and improves the efficiency of engine. At the same time, the set also benefits to reduce thermal pollution and exhaustemission, protects the environment.The high speed PM generator is drived by exhaust gas turbine for vehicles has broad prospects.Thesis explained the composing necessity of generating set, designed the Structures and parameters of generator stator and rotor. Synchronous machine method was used to build mathematical modeling of generator. Matlab software was applicated for simulation of generator output voltage at rotational speeds.Methods of the voltage regulators were analysised at present, the method of rectification constant-voltage which uses TMS320 LF2407A as core of operating system was determined. The least hardwarelock of system which was composed by circuits of Vcc, automatic recovery, port of JTAG, eliminator and crystal oscillator was designed.The method of precision resistance bleeder mechanism for adopting voltage signal and hall sensor acquisition speed pulse signal were used. Through analysised merit and demerit of power tube, IGBT was chosed as power tube at last. Driver circuit of IGBT was disigned and Matlab software for simulation of IGBT was applicated.The software system which composed by designment of main program, control algorithm, capture unit, interrupt program of ADC and ignal generation of PWM were designed.The voltage regulator system which is composed by circuit of three phase rectifier, low pass filtering, signal acquisition and A/D convertation, signal processing of DSP, signal generation of PWM and driver circuit of IGBT was designed. The problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobile’s permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load was solved. |
