In our school, we have encountered many problems during the registration of new students:First is the new student registration information is mostly manually fill in, in the process of writing often appear mistakenly fill and drain filled out, and even students to use homophone replace the name, leading to new student information inconsistency, bring a lot of inconvenience to the management work in the future. And in the registration, apply for information and "Wenzhou entrance examination system" almost, will require students to write again. Second is the student registration process complex, time is urgent. Third is a manual search of new students related information is time-consuming and laborious. Fifth is " the national primary and secondary school student information management system", "the national student financial management information system " and "the Wenzhou mechanic colleges and universities student status management system", the information with " the new student registration system" and " the Wenzhou entrance examination system" is basically the same, but because the use of manual management, but because of the registration work when using manual management, speed is slow and error prone.At home and abroad and the existing "new students register system", due to the differences in user demand differences and data requirements, can’t use them, plus the copyright problem, the problem is more complicated.Can strengthen the registration of the registration of normative, but also reduce the error, so that the registration works efficient and convenient, data sharing, human and material resources to reduce waste. Using UML (unified modeling language) modeling, for development and maintenance of computer software is easy to communicate.Based on the above analysis, to develop "the students register system" is necessary. While Using UML language (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tool to describe the software design, it is helpful to guide the development and maintenance of computer software.According to the needs of the school registration, this paper puts forward the software engineering project, and carries out the detailed requirements analysis of the system project, including Business requirement, functional requirement, data requirement and non-functional requirement, gives the system concept of Transaction Flow Diagram, use case diagram and class diagram, the use case description. Function module design including the overall design and module design, the use of the Package Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram detailed design; and using entity attribute diagram, database table structure carries on the detailed design of the database. In the system design, the overall design and module design of the student registration system, using the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram describes the design content, and use the entity class diagram, database table structure carries on the detailed design to the database. Paper finally summarized the content of the study, my main work is expounded, the shortage of the paper are pointed out, and the further work were also discussed.
