At the base station site selection, construction coordination, schedule and so there are many risks, which the network construction project risk management has put forward higher requirementsThis thesis by China telecom Shanghai XJH branch company of 4G mobile network base station construction as the background, combined with the base station construction project risk management related theory, this paper expounds the project profile and the base station through risk identification, risk assessment, risk supervision, etc. This article analyzes the base station project instance. First through the qualitative analysis to find out the project is the key to construction project risk source, the second constructed by the combination of subjective and objective analysis risk analysis model, and introduces the quantitative analysis method for the risk management decision. Finally, the regulatory rules and strategies to deal with the risk of base station construction should have been established.Project risk management research of this paper is to provide a reference for the final success of the base station project, and it also provides a reference for the construction of other base station projects.
