| 5G network,the fifth generation mobile communication network,is the main direction for the future development of wireless technology.In addition to meeting communication needs between people,5G can greatly promote the development of related industries such as the Internet of Things and industrial Internet,thereby driving the creation of new national economic growth points.Practice has proved that the risk management level of existing 5G communication base station construction projects does not match the rapid technological development of 5G mobile communication.Although the achievements of risk management in 4G communication base station construction projects can provide reference for the construction of 5G mobile communication base stations,the direct application of existing 4G communication base station construction risk management research results to 5G communication base station construction still needs to be considered due to the technical differences between 4G and 5G.Therefore,establishing a risk management system for 5G communication base station construction projects,comprehensively understanding the risks of such construction projects,and reducing the risk of losses similar to those of construction projects are urgent problems that need to be solved.This paper takes the 5G communication base station construction project of S operator as the background and conducts research on risk identification and response.Firstly,the Delphi method is used to identify the risk factors affecting the construction project of 5G communication base stations.Then,an evaluation model based on combination weighting and regret theory is established to evaluate the risks faced by the5 G communication base station construction project,and the risk level of the current operator’s 5G communication base station construction project is obtained.Finally,based on the risk evaluation results,risk response measures and risk management and protection measures for the project are proposed.The research results of this. |
