Research And Analysis On Management System Of Logistics Apartment In Hangzhou Normal University

With the development of information technology, the school’s requirements of student dormitory management continue to increase and school is more and more emphasis that try to achieve student dormitory management information technology. We should pay more attention to dormitory management.In this paper, we researched in some existing systems, then taking full account of Hangzhou Colleague with its own characteristics. Firstly, we presented the background of this research and showed some relevant review and other research works. Then this article described the individual study sites and other issues. Depended on the principles and methods of software engineering on the full analysis of Hangzhou Normal University logistical apartment business analysis, we give the original flow diagram and the business optimization flowchart. In determining the major business systems, the system gives the data related to the analysis, such as top-level data flow, data stream and layer-2 data flow diagram. Function modules of this paper can be divided into:basic data management, management of student accommodation, apartment security management, utilities management, health management and maintenance management modules. In the data analysis, the paper gives the data sources for each sub-module, and gives the E-R diagram, the final use of the database table for each data table involved in each module gives some key constraints. Finally, the main work is summarized, the existing problems to be noted, and future work is prospected.The system for the future development of Hangzhou Normal apartment related systems provides a theoretical and scientific basis.
