In many companies, some Subordinates and Superior have a sort of "guanxi" willgenerally be more intimate with the competent performance, and such Subordinateswill usually have more opportunity of payment, training, promotion and so on. theirsense of trust companies seem stronger, more positive attitude, specifically alsoshowed higher job satisfaction. The trust of Subordinate inside the enterprise whetherit is due to the existence of "guanxi"? Are the strengthen of internal relationshipsreally help enhance the interaction of Subordinate job satisfaction? Subordinate-Superior guanxi will affect the job satisfaction? When the owners of the enterpriseresource users have an unfair attitude to their subordinate, how to undermine the trustof the subordinate and job satisfaction, and this issue is worth thinking about.Based on the China’s specific cultural background, This paper consider theperspective of trust as the research starting point, then analyze and study therelationship between supervisor and subordinate’s job satisfaction, in order tostrengthen business owners and managers awareness of the importance for enterpriseSubordinate-Superior guanxi and improve the relationship between supervisor andSubordinate, improve subordinate’s performance and provide competent help. Thispaper review the existing research results at first, and then define the variables of thispaper and propose underlying assumptions, then in reference to the measurementscale of foreign researchers, For the selected measurement scales were reliability andvalidity testing, pre-tested on a small scale. After launched a massive scale survey,because of the way of open-ended questionnaires, it does not limit the amount ofquestionnaires,119questionnaires were collected, and112copies of the questionnaireare effective,7The returned questionnaires effective rate is94.12%. Small amount ofsample recovered, the results of the research should be test in future.Finally, analysis and test the hypothesis through the collected data ofquestionnaire, In the use of software SPSS20.0to test the reliability and validity of themeasurement scale and descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis.Then we get the following conclusions:(1) the closeness of the guanxi between Subordinates and their supervisors on Subordinate satisfaction has a significantpositive effect;(2) the degree of trust in the Subordinate in charge of the enterprisesatisfaction and also has a significant positive effect;(3) Subordinate’s trust of thesupervisor played the role of intermediation. This paper, in some extent, has enrichedthe theory of guanxi, trust, Subordinate’s job satisfaction, and also provides atheoretical basis and the importance of corporate governance and Subordinaterelationship remind of Chinese business owners. Pay more attention on the trust ofSubordinates in the business contacts then help the enterprise work better.
