In today's society,enterprises and organizations are in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment,especially the advent of the era of ‘Internet +'blurs the boundaries of working and non-working.Conflicts of working and non-working are becoming more common in the enterprise.Under the influence of atmosphere,staff's' mood also changes,it appears employees' negative behaviors such as employee turnover.Work boundary strength is the strength of resistance against invasion from non-work to work.Therefore,as one of the criteria to measure the conflict of the intensity of work boundary,it is increasingly concerned by scholars.Because of the profound and lasting influence of traditional Confucianism on Chinese society,people tend to attach importance to the maintenance of relationship.Therefore,it is reasonable to think that in enterprises,the negative behaviors of employees caused by conflicts are also easy to be alleviated due to high quality superior-subordinate Guanxi.This study intends to explore the effect of work boundary intensity on employees' negative behaviors in the context of reading a large number of related literatures,study the relationship between the boundary strength and the dimission tendency,and examine the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion and the regulating effect of the three dimensions of the relationship.This paper is studied by means of questionnaires with SPSS 19.0,Amos21.0 and analysis the questionnaire data with these tools,we check the reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and hypothesis test.The research objectives mainly include:Firstly,analyze the relationship between work boundary strength and turnover intention.Secondly,it reveals the relationship between work boundary strength and dimission tendency,namely the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion.Thirdly,the adjusting relationship of Subordinate relationship between emotional exhaustion and dimission tendency were examined.Fourth,explore measures to improve employees' working boundary strength,reduce emotional exhaustion and reduce turnover intention,and provide reference and reference for enterprise human resource management department.The results of this study will develop the study of work boundary strength both at home and abroad,which is rich in new era to the related theory of turnover intention and organizational behavior research,and at the enterprise level for the employees work boundary strength impact on attitudes and behaviour in the workplace provides a positive reference,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
