In addition to the competition from domestic and foreign banking industry, banks are also suffered the competition from other non-bank financial institutions, such as, the competition from the third party payment platform, and the competition from direct capital markets. Our domestic banking industry will inevitably be impacted by the competition from these factors.China merchants bank has achieved rapid development and outstanding performance by relying on excellent service, innovation management and unique operating style in the industry. But China merchants bank also has its disadvantages and shortcomings, in China it will inevitably be impacted by the path of the liberalization and internationalization. Interest rate liberalization will greatly reduce the traditional business income Qingdao China merchants bank. And the entry of foreign banks will rob now domestic banks’high-level customers in China. Because foreign banks are famous for its high quality customer service, flexible, rich product design and developed in the middle business.
