Research On Enterprise Annuity System In China

With the continuous improvement of the people’s living standards, social securityhas been becoming an integral part of social life. Social endowment insurance system isan important part of the social security, which highlighting the social civilization andlevel of development. Most believes that the annuity is an appropriate addition to thesocial pension insurance. From the international experience, our future sources offunding social security is that encouraging enterprises to establish the appropriateenterprise annuity system by tax incentives.After a comprehensive and systematic study between China’s current enterpriseannuity system and other countries such as the United States, Japan and the UnitedKingdom and other countries of the enterprise annuity system, this paper draws somerelevant conclusions below:1.China has entered the aging society. The establishment of reliable enterpriseannuity must be tied to the "three pillars" theory, which proposed by the World Bank,any one of "three pillars" can not be neglected.2.China’s enterprise annuity system should adhere to the principle, in which society,government, businesses, workers undertake their own risk independently. It is necessaryto appropriate reference to the relevant experience of Western countries, but also to bebased on the reality of our own national conditions, to establish the enterprise annuitysystem.3.To establishment a reliable enterprise annuity system, we can considere taxincentives or subsidies, to improve the pension account management system, toinspiring investor’s behavior, and other aspects.4.For perfecting enterprise annuity system, we need improve the government’spropaganda and financial support, and give incentives to semi-compulsory institutional change, and compensate investors with external benefits, and avoid informationasymmetry.
