Research On The Development Of Enterprise Annuity System In China

With the rapid development of our social economy and the aging tendency of population, the social security system, especially social pension will be facing a severe challenge. The 17th CPC central committee points out, must speed up the social security system construction, and constantly improve the social security. The enterprise pension as an integral part of the social security system, with the support and promotion of relevant national policies, the development of enterprise pension has achieved success, but there are still some limitations.This article consists of four chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background of this article, and summarize the current research situation of the social endowment insurance system and emprise annuity in China and abroad.The second chapter introduces the current situation of China’s social endowment insurance system development, through the comparative analysis, we found that the development of three pillars of China’s social pension insurance system is not balanced, and the necessity and importance of developing as the second pillar of the enterprise annuity. Which leads to the evolution process of the enterprise annuity system, and describes the formation,development status, role and problems of enterprise annuity. The third chapter mainly introduces the advanced experience of foreign country’s enterprise annuity system, provides examples such as:the enterprise annuity development process and characteristic in US, the occupational pension plan in England, the development of enterprise annuity in Chile. We extract experience and draw a lesson from them towards China’s enterprise annuity system. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and solutions of the development of enterprise annuity system in China. This article is to analyzes the enterprise annuity system from the following six aspects:the choose the right, strengthen the self-choice rights of the enterprise; increase the enterprise annuity fund use; improve the relevant policies and regulations; enhance the supervision of the enterprise annuity market; establish the speciality regulatory agencies; encourage annuity market multitiered developing.
