In the intense competition of global economic integration process accelerating, the small and medium-sized enterprise has made certain progress in their business and management cost is low, the market strain capacity, the advantages of higher employment elasticity. But if you want to get the advantage in the competition, we must pay attention to human resources management, especially the salary incentive, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In salary management to enterprise strategic management stage, enterprises in developed countries will have salary as an important part of human resource management system, and the compensation policy as an effective means to motivate staff and support the enterprise strategy.But our country small and medium-sized enterprise common development and utilization of human resources is not enough, not enough scientific salary management, salary management has not fully play its proper incentives, so that enterprises in talent shortage and high loss rate dilemma, on the normal operation of enterprises and long-term development is very unfavorable.At present the research about compensation management more macro and general, the salary system has strong cultural and business. Therefore, need the compensation management problems for small and medium-sized enterprises in China to study, analysis of the problems and the reasons for the small and medium-sized enterprise design, operational, can meet the needs of economic development of the compensation system.Firstly, related concepts of incentive theory, compensation management and content were introduced in this paper; then through the questionnaire survey result of the salary management system of A company reorganization, sorted out A company incentive compensation main problems existing in the management and the reasons; finally, some suggestions and measures for the design of compensation strategy and compensation system of A company the proposed.
