According to the data released by the National Bureau of statistics of China,since 1991,China's Gross Domestic Product has maintained a high growth rate of over 26 years for 7% increase.The beginning of 2014,the party and state leaders on many public occasions,repeatedly referred to the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" management of call,and give a lot of policy support.With the rapid economic development and government's call,a large number of China's small and medium-sized start-up enterprises set up,however,the average life expectancy of start-ups is only 32 months,high growth and low survival status,has seriously affected the economic development and public confidence,has caused a certain degree the waste of social resources.There are many reasons for the low survival rate of start-up enterprises.One of the main reasons is the lack and imperfection of incentive mechanism.Start-up of small and medium-sized enterprises of China,often place benefit in the first place,ignoring the importance of human resources,cause the employee work in low spirits,can not create a proper the value.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to study the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises.A company as One of the the city of Chengdu to build the western financial center supporting enterprises,mainly engaged in the provision of professional financial services outsourcing work for all financial institutions in Sichuan,although the company set up not long,but it has a certain the reputation in financial service outsourcing in the field of Sichuan.The perfection of the incentive mechanism of A company will promote the development of the financial service outsourcing industry and the construction of the financial center in the west of Chengdu.A company's current staff incentives are mainly divided into four categories: Marketing incentives,salary and job promotion incentives,performance appraisal enterprises incentives,expatriate training incentives.Each kind of incentive,have different historical backgrounds,in a certain period of time,improve employee's corporate identity and the sense of belonging,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.But with the expansion of enterprise scale,the number of employees has increased,simple incentive means,has been unable to match the complex needs of employees,and even some incentive measures,cause more conflicts.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust the incentive mechanism of A company.Based on the A company to carry investigation and interview to staff,first,analysis and judgment of the enterprise existing incentive measures;second,give suggestions to improve the existing incentive measures;finally,according to the western classical motivation theory,as well as the domestic and foreign new incentives,give suggestions,provide a more workable incentive measures and evaluate the effect.
