| Management System Certification has been applied for over20years in China and the number of certificates issued ranks the top in the world. The development of management system certification witnesses the growth of Chinese enterprises. There are more and more enterprises in China certificated and the fields of certifications become diversified. Chinese consumers in growing number start to know about management system certification. This system facilitates the growth of Chinese enterprises and plays an increasingly important role in helping Chinese products into the global market. But some Chinese certification and inspection companies try to dominate the market shares by unfair means. The vicious competitions between these companies give rise to many negative problems in food safety, environment and among others, which influences a lot on the credibility of certification companies. This paper tries to study the competitions among Chinese certification companies, the existence of potential competitors today and future, customers’ bargaining capabilities and the threat of business substitutes. The study is mainly based on the history of Chinese certifications as well as the governments, enterprises and the public’s attitudes towards certifications. More important, many cases on Inner Mongolian enterprises will be applied in this paper. It helps us to learn about the advantages and disadvantages, threats and opportunities of Inner Mongolian certification companies so as to facilitate working staff to make sense of current situation we face and provide specific statics and steps for the growth of certification companies.This thesis aims to create and implement a diversified brand strategy on certification. This strategy meets the need of local enterprises in Inner Mongolia by taking cost centralized leadership. The strategy sets the tone of internalization for certification business and pays much attention to resources integration. In order to implement this strategy, Inner Mongolian Certification and Inspection Company optimizes and adjusts its internal organizations and management modes. Meanwhile the company sorts out its business procedures, improves its management system, refines working aims and duties and arouses the awareness of service. The measures taken cater to the need of the certifications business and broaden the fields and cooperation between companies. The study in this paper will help the growth of certification business in Inner Mongolia and render local companies to find suitable ways to explore their business. |
