The China real estate which has been a major pillar industries of the national economy after20years development had an enormous contribution to the national economy. However, in recent years, Chinese house prices rose rapidly and continuously soared, and regional prices continued to rise. The rises significantly exceeded the level of overall economic growth and other manufacturing and services. The rapid rising of the housing prices not only restricted the realization of the ordinary people living rights and interests, and swallowed the Chinese dream of the middle class, but also affected the harmony and stability of society and healthy development of national economy.At present, our country is facing a new round of urbanization. Urbanization will stimulate the residents of the housing "rigid demand" along with the number of residents of increasing rapidly. The commercial residential buildings are the main supply in our country. At the imperfect housing security system conditions in our country, the supply and demand of commercial housing in china will further increase the contradiction in china. Hohhot as the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, urbanization caused the imbalances of the residential supply and demand. Therefore, in this paper, it studies Hohhot city commercial real estate market sharp. Therefore, in this paper, deep study of the Hohhot city commercial housing market is necessary.In this paper, the present situations of real estate in Hohhot were analyzed, including continuously growth investment, rising turnover, the housing stock of market transactions, the strong consumer desire, the potential market investment. Meanwhile, the existing problems of Hohhot real estate were analyzed. That is the outstanding irrational behavior of market supply and demand sides, virtual high land and housing prices, excess high-end products and deficiency low-end products in the market, the imperfect government management mechanism, imperfect policies and regulations of the real estate industry system and mechanism, the outstanding contradiction of the real estate supply and demand, imperfect real estate market operation regulation and coordination system and the serious internal monopoly phenomena of real estate industry, etc.According to the above problems and combining with the actual situation of the real estate market in Hohhot City, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. First, in order to achieve modernization of the property management, the company should raising the level of software management. Second, improving the affordable housing system, the effective housing security system of Hohhot was established. Third, the real estate companies should create the brand and pay attention to the marketing to seek their own development. Fourth, exploring the financial channels was for the financing innovation. Finally, improving the land policy promotes the healthy and sustains the development of Hohhot City real estate market.
