With the arrival of era of knowledge economy, the competition between the companies change is from the technology competition and capital competition to the talent competition. In the talent competition, the role of the HRM is more and more important, its role is a partner of strategy implementation not just as a functional management. The most important thing is compensation methods and countermeasures, and its core is how to build the compensation countermeasures according to the actual situation. In order to survive and develop, the companies must attract the talent people through the compensation countermeasures and make them stay and happy to work.Through the diagnoses of the YuShengGroup’s compensation system, thinking about the adverse effect, we found the new compensation system, including the structure、concept、vocational layer rank、job evaluation, and bring the international evaluation methods、establish the evaluation system, let the compensation management go into the regulatory track. Doing this, the HRM of YuShengGroup will be normative and competitive and improve the personal ability and entire performance, and make the company and the employers both win.
