The worker for new generation has become backbone of Chinese enterprise in recent years,and they will become the mainstream over time along with the social development.Therefore,how to build enthusiasm and creativity of salary incentive system,which both promotes the development of enterprises,and can effectively stimulate staff's work initiative,has become the enterprises must be solved.It is a trend to research for the new generation staff salary management and salary system transformation.The enterprise should pay attention to and solve the problem in strategic sight,to build up a set of effective salary incentive system for the new generation of employees,so as to reduce the rate of staff turnover,to attract and retain talented people,to maximize the potential of employees,and it will enhance the value of the effective transformation of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise to ensure the competitive advantage of human resource,so that enterprises can win in the fierce competition fundamentally.The research take the new generation workers of Zao Zhuang Mining company for example,combined with salary theory and investigation,introduced the essential information of Zao Zhuang Mining company and the salary system of workers for new generation in it,then through the survey of salary satisfaction,the writer deeply analyzed defects of current salary system analyses the problems existing in the current salary system,then represents an optimized design scheme.At last,this chapter brings out the upswing plan of salary system in Zao Zhuang Mining company,one plan optimized the salary structure,introduced stock incentive system,broadband salary system,flexible benefits system,and short-term incentives system.Then take the new plan into implementation,to prove the validity of this optimized design scheme through the employee satisfaction survey.
