The appraisal of performance and the system of salary design affects the development of any enterprise, their development plays an important role in the management of the enterprise. At the same time, performance appraisal and salary incentive has the close relationship, performance evaluation results can directly use on the salary design. According the station of economy, part enterprise performance evaluation and compensation system has outpaced the economy.On the one hand this is not scientific, on the other hand it will hinder the whole economic development.So establishing and perfecting the enterprise performance is very important.In M group enterprise imprecise aspect, analyze the reasons, the ultimate aim is to combine the current in the ense as an example, this paper aimed at the enterprise performance evaluation and compensation system, find out theterprise using common method, set up and perfect performance appraisal and compensation system of the enterprise.In performance appraisal,using the balanced scorecard for department to examine and introduced in the assessment of staff360degree evaluation method. The design of the compensation system impact the position and salary, and joined the mental compensation incentive, etc.In brief, through establishing and perfecting the performance appraisal and compensation system is not only important for M,but also for the whole industry’s performance appraisal and compensation system design development.
