Over the years, science and technology has changed the way we live in so manypositive ways, and affected our society. Organizations and government structurerefinement became a trend. Meanwhile, the mechanism of them emerges highercomplexity. Therefore, a modern management system is essential to serving our society.As was borned to meet various organizations’ needs, modern management system aimedto implement an efficient management structure, which is actually the purpose ofmanagement. Modern management system, as a rational outcome for achieving a highefficiency management, did not escape from the destiny of being turned into its oppositejust as the Enlightenment did, and finally brought about human alienation.This paper is based on the development needs of modern society, focusing on therationalization issue and those relevantly caused human alienation problems of modernmanagement system.Introduction of this paper summarized the purpose and significance of the research,as well as introduced current research situation in the academic area. The following4chapters come to form the main body of this paper. The first chapter is about explicitdefinition and scope of modern management system. Basic philosophical connotation isgiven after analyzing the philosophical annotation and original formation of modernmanagement system. Chapter2and Chapter3are deduction and application of theories.Chapter2emphasizes on rationalization of modern management system. The researchembarked upon rational connotation, analyzing the relationship of modern managementsystem and rationalization. Furthermore, the relation between technology rationalizationand modern management system are analyzed. Finally there concludes the rationalproperty of modern management system.Chapter3is about the research on alienation theory, and causes of human alienation in modern society. Hence, the origins of humanalienation under modern management system can be summarized.For the last Chapter,viewpoints of this paper is outlined. The introspection about modern managementsystem is obtained based on previous research. The solution for rationalization issue andhuman alienation is proposed. Finally this paper manages to rethink modernmanagement system, so as to find a way to eliminate human alienation and recovery therationalization.
