Innovative enterprises is an important part of building China into an innovative country, in order to build an innovative country, China should continue to promote the building of innovative enterprises. With the social development of information explosion, dynamic knowledge management has become an important factor affecting the formation of an innovative enterprise innovation ability, and innovative companies can provide flexible organizational capacity and resources to support effective knowledge management for enterprise results. This article summarized the relevant theoretical research areas through further in-depth analysis of innovative enterprise organizational flexibility connotation, the innovative enterprise organization flexible organizational resources into a flexible, flexible organizational structure and organizational culture flexibility. Meanwhile the main process based on knowledge management concept, the innovative enterprise knowledge management capability is defined as the ability to absorb knowledge, knowledge sharing capabilities and knowledge innovation.This paper discusses the relationship between innovative organizational flexibility and knowledge management capabilities of each dimension of each dimension; and the introduction of market competition, competitive market pressures to verify the flexibility and knowledge management organizations the ability to regulate the relationship between the effects of innovative enterprises.In this paper, empirical studies have found that organizational resources flexible, flexible organizational structure and organizational culture positive impact of flexible knowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge sharing capabilities and knowledge innovation. Also, verify that the pressure of market competition in regulating the effects of innovative organizational flexibility and knowledge management capabilities between the pressure of market competition positively verify regulate the relationship between organizational flexibility innovative companies and knowledge sharing capabilities, especially the significant positive pressure of market competition regulate the relationship between innovative companies flexible organizational resources and knowledge absorption capacity, flexible relationship between organizational culture and knowledge absorption capacity, flexible organizational resources and knowledge sharing capabilities, the relationship between the flexible organizational structure and knowledge sharing capabilities, flexible organizational culture and knowledge relationship sharing capabilities, the relationship between organizational resources and knowledge innovation capability of flexible and broaden the knowledge management theory research management capacity development.Finally, the rational use of innovative enterprises flexible management organization to enhance its knowledge management capabilities made targeted recommendations designed to help innovative companies reasonably effective in improving the current state of knowledge management, knowledge management to improve performance.
