Innovative enterprises is an important part of building China into an innovative country, in order to build an innovative country, China should continue to promote the building of innovative enterprises. With the social development of information explosion, dynamic knowledge management has become an important factor affecting the formation of an innovative enterprise innovation ability, and innovative companies can provide flexible organizational capacity and resources to support effective knowledge management for enterprise results.
