| Those who are willing to offer advice are often leaders in the organizations or newly recruited staff,which representing the more social capital employees and the less social capital employees.Against this backdrop,personal social capital has an impact on employee behaviour.However, previous studies did not involve the relationship between social capital and voice.In order to better reveal the factors that can have an impact on the organization employee voice behavior,we choose the social capital to explain the behavior of voice.Further investigate organizational identification acted as a moderator.We choose social network centrality, specifically work counseling network centrality and friendship network centrality,as a concrete measure of social capital.Based on the literature review,we proposed research model and theoretical assumptions.Through empirical research the results show that:(1)Advice network centrality affect the individual’s voice behavior.Specifically,the relationship between consulting network betweetness centrality and voice was U-shaped while the consulting network degree centrality and the voice was the inverted U-shaped relationship.(2)Friendship network centrality affect the individual’s voice behavior.Specifically,the relationship between friendship network betweetness centrality and voice was U-shaped while the friendship network degree centrality and the voice was the inverted U-shaped relationship.(3)Organizational identity moderate the relationship between social capital and voice behavior.The suggestion of enterprise management recommendations has been given to the managers in accordance with the results. At last, we analyze the limitations and shortcomings of this study, and propose future research prospects based on the conclusion. |
