Real estate sector is an important component of China’s economy, but with the state regulation of the real estate market, some of the developers have entered the commercial real estate. But with the rapid development of commercial real estate, also appears a lot of problems, serious as qualitative, and poor operating conditions, these problems not only cause the project to fail manipulator, it is more important to locate commercial real estate is especially important.From the domestic commercial real estate market position on the basis of relevant theories, combined with local commercial real estate development status and trends of the business and marketing environment X commercial projects were analyzed using quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis methods developed system strategies and methods of commercial projects market positioning.In this paper, the market for commercial real estate projects positioning, we must first understand the current situation and development trend of the development of the local business market, and corporate marketing environment and projects, especially projects where the business district and competitor analysis. On the basis of the full market research to segment the market, combined with corporate strategy and project characteristics choose different competitive market, and thus the commercial projects were customer orientation, business positioning, product positioning, price positioning, market positioning.This paper presents a systematic positioning procedures and methods for positioning and operation of commercial real estate projects provide some reference.
