In this situation, the development of human resource management put forward higher requirements, how to improve the level of training of human resources management become important work. As companies increasingly rich and continuous training content development, enterprise management training dependence continues to increase. At present, domestic and foreign scholars to carry out research in this area in depth system.CSST company through the development process than half a century, and now the total number of employees reached17,000people. With the continued development and expansion of the existing human resource management and training system the company has gradually unable to meet the current needs of competition. How to maximize the value of human resource development and improve the overall quality of the staff, and continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises has become an important factor in deciding the future long-term development. In this regard, according to the specific operating conditions CSST company, to develop a scientific and rational training system, and continuously improve the overall quality of employees, for business development of solid human resource base, is the focus of this study.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the CSST training staff to carry out the status quo and to train theory, the theory of human resource analysis tools, using interviews, literature review and statistical methods, the status of the training CSST company conducted a thorough analysis to identify the main problems, and starting from the actual situation of enterprises, corporate training and the use of modern management theory, learn from the experience of other outstanding enterprises to explore the path of enterprise training system and method, and developed a set of suitable climbing Chenggang company training program development.
