With the state-owned enterprises reform of turn continuously and deeply, enterprises make use of strengthening the training toward the human resources to improve the quality and ability of employees and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development. As a large state-owned enterprise, SJ company has realized that the original extensive management mode has been unable to adapt to the current economic and social development situation, to give full play to the positive role of training for enterprises, the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises, the management of training has been unprecedented attention. However, due to the lack of clarity, lack of planning and targeted training purposes, lack of considering the employee experience in training and other issues, training did not receive the desired effect. As one of the most basic production units of SJ company, the E department is also plagued by these problems.This text insists the theories contact is actual, based on the theory of training, as the SJ company E department training management of the research object, analyzes the status of E department training, finds out the main problems and analyzes the reasons, researches the training system of the department. In the research, through the improvement of the training organization structure, strengthen the training management and construction, clear the responsibility to ensure the training system in order to run, set up a training needs analysis, draw up the training plan, implement the training activities and training effect evaluation to make the training cycle system. The text provides some of the specific techniques and methods, and has a certain maneuverability. Use the establishment of the E department staff training evaluation mechanism, the department strengthens the training effect evaluation, training process monitoring and the feedback of training information.In this text, we design a training system which is suitable for the E department. This text tries to improve the training management level to enrich the theoretical knowledge, grow practical operational skills, enhance innovation ability and other qualities and abilities, to improve the performance level of the department, and achieve its development goals.
