With the accelerating process of globalization, increasingly fierce competition between markets, especially knowledge of the competition is the core of competition among enterprises. Employee training as to enhance the competitiveness of important content knowledge, able to enhance their ability to adapt to the external environment, to ensure that enterprises in the development process has always been to maintain flexibility, build the knowledge base and human resource base for dynamic optimization strategy adjustment system. Meanwhile, the employees themselves, but also to enhance the training requirements for staff career development planning is to achieve the common interests of the practical needs of employees and business maximization. H design company as a professional integrated design company, in recent years more emphasis on staff training to carry out the work, but because H design company from state-owned enterprises restructuring, so the staff training process does not build up a sound organizational guarantee. Based on this, from the H design company staff training practice starting to corporate staff training theory, the use of questionnaires and interviews, the training of the status quo H design companies were investigated and analyzed. Through the survey found that, subject to the lag training concept, H design company staff training staff training plan currently exists is not reasonable, trainees are more single, relatively boring single training methods, lack of training feedback channels and mechanisms, practical training needs and staff have disjointed and other issues. For problems related to staff training combined with modern theory and practice, we propose to enhance the training needs survey and analysis of feedback mechanisms and channels to improve the training, the development of scientific staff training programs, training programs designed to diversify and content development in various forms employee training methods, emphasis on staff training and other effects assess the effectiveness of countermeasures. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the H design company staff training system, the paper also from the build good training environment, strengthen staff training and assessment responsibilities, improve staff training related to management systems, to further improve the level of protection angles teachers proposed H design company staff training safeguards system, so as to promote H design company staff training system more scientific, standardized, consistent with the company’s human resource development strategy, and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
