There are two important concepts in the process of enterprise organization development:Evolution and Revolution.The evolution is the time which the enterprise growth steady. The revolution is the time which the enterprise growth instability. The organizational structure is an issue that any enterprise must face. The issue presents a research subject for the developing enterprise of system integration on the evolution of its organizational structure, organizational improvement, and organizational structure model.In order to discuss the structural design of the system integration organizations in its improving process, we first need to understand what the system integration is and the characteristics of enterprises within the industry of system integration. At the same time, it is also restricted by the Greiner enterprise growth model. From the growth model, as well as the characteristics of system integration, we can learn about and come to the conclusions of five-stage system integrations. We also know the constraints received and opportunities they have.On the other hand, we design the organization structure according to analysis the existing organizational structure. With the analogy analysis all kinds of the organizational structure, we will find the different organizational structure which have the various characteristics, and affect different elements. We know organizational structure how to be influence by theoretical.Combined with organizational structure influence factor, in view of system integrators in five stages in the model, we get the following conclusion:Organization structure and system integrators in different phases of development, is a different form.There is relation between Organization structure and enterprises’ internal and external environment changes. Enterprise is impact by the internal environment in early times, later impacted by the external.The analysis showed that teething enterprise organization structure, depending on its business form. And collectivization phase of the enterprise organization structure, depending on its scale and professional influence. Standardization phase depends on technology characteristics and management level. Fine phase then totally depends on enterprise the demand of the market, and product categories. And by cooperation stage, the enterprise is completely depends on the external market demand and policy, changes in the law.In view of these conclusions we provide a reference basis for the enterprises which face of their organizational change choosing the type of organization structure design. It will be more useful that the enterprise planning the organization structure, and decrease the effect of organization structure changing. It takes the great achievement.
