The biggest three operators in the communication service industry in China succeeded in their splitting and re-organization in2008and committed to developing3G business, which marked that the communication service industry in China has officially entered3G era. As for the communication terminal equipment, with the popularity of Iphone, the major mobile-phone brands manufacturers have in succession introduced smart phones. In2009, Google Inc. officially launched the Andros operating system while Nokia’s Symbian system has been gradually marginalized in the field of operating system for smart phones, forming the trend of the competition among the three operating systems:Apple, Microsoft and Andros.The year of2010is the first year for China’s smart phones. Thereby, the overall progress and development of the communication industry caused by the technological upgrades of communication network and communication terminal equipment incubates great changes in each chain of the industry chain changes and promotes the intensification of the industry reshuffle.As one of the chains, engaged in the distribution business of terminal equipment, Tianyin is experiencing the impact of the changes within the industry, facing the upcoming opportunities and risks brought by these changes. It is an urgent problem for Tianyin Company to avoid risks and catch the opportunities so as to continuously develop and enhance the company’s scale and business under the unprecedented changes within the industry.This paper is going to begin with the matching degree of ChinaTelling Company’s development strategy and organizational structure to find and study the problems existing in the contemporary organizational structure and explore the causes. Furthermore, this paper combines the company’s reality of external and internal environment to try to find out solutions of problems in its organizational structure.Next, this paper introduces the specific practice of implementing the organizational structure reform,analyze and reflect on the company’s overall situation after the reform.At last, this paper tries to propose some related suggestions for the implementation of design and reform of enterprise organizational structure.
