| Real estate is an important part of the economy, also a modern and emerging basic industry for the process of industrialization and urbanization, so it has critical role for our social and economic life. Since the1990s, the development of China’s real estate industry entered a rapid period, and it has become a most important driver to support sustained economic growth.In this paper, I explore and analyze the real estate finance industry characteristics based on the theoretical analysis of factors in the real estate corporate finance industry, while I combined all of these with the status of real estate enterprises’financing channels in Zhunger of Inner Mongolia and case analysis. Based on all of analysis I am trying to find out the best financing model suitable for different sizes of the real estate business, and improve efficiency of project management, as well as learning from the advanced experience of real estate aboard. |
