Research On CD Logistics Quality Evaluation

With the rapid development of our economy and society, logistics enterprise has played more and more important role in social life, and more and more enterprises realize that logistics is the third source of profits for enterprises. However, service quality is the core competence of the logistics enterprise, and with the researches of logistics service quality, it contribute to logistics enterprises discern customer demands effectively, and to service quality, also help logistics enterprises to gain greater competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Currently, the researches and practical work of logistics service qualities still relatively less, and the research of logistics service qualities shortage is even more critical.This paper makes the comprehensive review and analysis for logistics service quality which in domestic and overseas, and it discusses the relevant concepts which referred of logistics service evaluation, and introduces the current situation of logistics service quality in CD Company, and also puts forward logistics enterprise service quality evaluation index system from the perspective of customers combining its own characteristics. It has evaluated the logistics service quality by using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and has verified by taking CD Company as the object of research. Finally, it has analyze the existing problems of CD Company’s logistics service quality according to the evaluation result, and put forward the improving measures. Thus has a certain guiding significance and practical value for guiding and improving service quality of CD Company and other logistics enterprises.
