Long-term Logistics Service Quality Evaluation And Improvement Research

On the supply side reform policy under the background of logistics,as China’s producer services,connected with the fields of production and consumption,ushered in the good development opportunity,but also face to reduce logistics costs,improve service quality and efficiency of logistics challenges.The logistics enterprises in the development process,the logistics service quality problems have become increasingly prominent,the amount of customer complaints on logistics service personnel also grow with each passing day,so our logistics enterprises in the rapid development at the same time,enhance the level of logistics services is urgent.The influence analysis of factors influencing the service quality of logistics enterprise,the construction of logistics service quality evaluation system of comprehensive,improve logistics service quality,to improve customer satisfaction,enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,has very important practical significance to promote the benign and healthy development of logistics enterprises.This paper selects the Chang Yuan logistics enterprises as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the disadvantages of current situation and existing research on the service quality of logistics enterprise at home and abroad.Secondly,from the angle of customer perceived value,analyzes the factors influencing the service quality of the logistics enterprises,including human,machine,material,method,ring,measuring six parts,Third,by the study of the model of service quality of our predecessors,choose a more comprehensive evaluation of dimensions,and combined with factors and logistics service characteristics of Chang Yuan logistics enterprises,to construct the evaluation index system of logistics service quality long-term logistics enterprises by using a variety of methods,and carry out scientific index verification.Fourth,choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for logistics enterprise service quality evaluation,a detailed analysis of the evaluation procedure and the long-term logistics service quality evaluation,then,to deal with the evaluation results,the conclusion is summarized.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of logistics service quality evaluation in the long term,it has high practical significance.
