As the center of logistics management, the importance of logistics service quality and it’s measurement has become increasingly emerging, Improving the logistics service quality is a key way to help company to obtain market competitiveness. Many researchers and enterprises have paid attention to these researches, how to improve the logistics service quality and finally gain Customer loyalty, is the key to3PL company survival all development during the competition. On the basis of foreign mature theories of logistics service quality, and also through empirical analysis, studying and analyzing the third party logistics enterprise logistics service quality evaluation model.Firstly, combining with the development present situation of the third party logistics, summarize the survey condition both at home and abroad and state systematically the definition of logistics service quality and measurement method. Secondly, analyzing the developed situation and direction of the logistics management of UTi international Logistics Company, As a traditional business, Simple transport of goods is the foundation to improve the quality of logistics service, however In the face of an increasingly competitive logistics market and Strong demand of customers for optimizing their supply chain, in order to meet customer demand,Companies began to offer a logistics service product: order management. Including from both sides of placing a order to the final delivery of the supply chain management. Thirdly, combing with the research and demonstration about the logistics service quality of the third party logistics enterprise、the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprise and the fact of company’s logistics, Analysis of the multiple evaluation indicators for the logistics service quality of the third party logistics enterprise,then through questionnaire survey and date analysis, the indicators system of logistics service quality of UTi international logistics company is set up. Finally, according to the causal relationship between the index of each class, set up the logistics service quality evaluation model of UTi company, then using the method of structural equation model(SEM), carries on the empirical research of the logistics service quality model of the UTi enterprise, In terms of analytic outcome and the real situation of company’s logistics management, obtained some advice.
