Construction And Management Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, the pursuit of quality of life for people is more and more high, from the original pure pursuit of food and clothing, to the quality of life, people’s consumption is also changing, they not only pursue the rich variety of kinds of food, but also pursue quality of life and freshness. Fruits and vegetables as the basic consumer goods of people’s life, are important source of nutrition for people’s life quality. In recent years, fruits and vegetables consumption is rising, as they also have the characteristics of perishable metamorphic and it s circulation loss is huge, it not only affects the quality of people’s life, but also seriously affects the development of Chinese agriculture and the improvement of farmers’ life level.So in order to adapt to the requirements of people’s life, cold chain logistics arises at the historic moment, and increasingly becomes the indispensable part of people’s life. Since the1980s, the concept of modern logistics was introduced in our country, after more than20years development, traditional logistics theory research was gradually matured, however, as a special logistics, cold chain logistics have not get the attention they deserved. But with the development of economy and people’s requirements of food, cold chain logistics should be paid more attention.This paper focuses on cold chain logistics construction and management, combines with the foreign experience of cold chain logistics development, through analysis the problems existing in the cold chain which from agricultural harvest precooling, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and retail terminals in China, according to the economic efficiency and the needs of the situation of our country, this paper puts forward the choice of feasible precooling technology and solutions, the controllment of strict storage cost, the choice of the economically feasible path of transportation, and third party logistics, reduceion of logistics cost, strictly control retail terminal cold chain, through these ways to promote cold chain logistics development in China.
