| As China’s economical development and the changing of consumer’sdemand on products, cold chain logistics industry ushered in a broad marketprospect. Due to perishable and short shelf-life, the cold chain logistics requiresfast transferring speed and good collaboration between different aspects of thedistribution process. As new warehousing systems in the field of logistics, coldchain logistics distribution center and cold chain storage system play a veryimportant role in cold chain logistics. Establishment of model description,analysis and optimization of cold chain logistics and warehousing systems canhelp managers identify and solve problems in the logistics process, improve theoperational efficiency and increase the competitiveness of enterprises as well.In this thesis, the author studies the modeling of workflow optimization,resource allocation and the development of cold chain modeling and itswarehousing processes by using Enterprise H as an example. The main contentsand innovations are as follows:(1)The author applies the polychromatic sets and Unified ModelingLanguage modeling methods to the complex chain logistics and warehousingoperations process. Taking into consideration of the actual operations ofEnterprise H, the storage workflow and the workflow of articles going in and outof the warehouse are analyzed and modeled. Some suggestions on theoptimization of the workflow are proposed based on the new model of the coldchain logistics. Comparing the expectation time of the model before and afteroptimization, we verify the effectiveness of the optimized model and make themigration of the model into real situations.(2)By analyzing the relationship of organizational resources of cold chaindistribution center, a hierarchical model based on polychromatic sets isestablished, which allocates resources among various activities of the logisticprocess. By this way the correspondence between cold chain logistics model and the organization resources can be made.(3)To demonstrate and verify the model, the author applies Visual C#programming language and database support environment to develop cold chainlogistics and warehousing processes model. On the basis of the analysis aboutthe basic needs of the system, we establish the overall structure of the prototypesystem. The main features of each module are introduced. Through the graphicaluser interface (GUI), the system demonstrates the workflow modeling, mappingmodeling, structural analysis and instance migration process. |
