Study On Optimizing Route Of Cold-chain Logistics Distribution Of Chain Retail In Urban

Abstract:Logistics distribution of chain retail in urban, which is the key link of agriculture and supermarket, has played an important role in ensuring food safety and improving people’s living standard. In such a society that economy develops at high speed, living rhythm is faster and faster and traffic is increasingly congested. To improve efficiency and benefit of logistics distribution of chain retail in urban is significant for the development of economy and society.Therefore, this paper firstly studys the status about cold-chain logistics distribution of chain retail in urban. Behinded the facilities, low level of information technology and management etc of cold chain logistics are not adapt to the development of social and peoples’living needs in our country; The paper detailed analysis problems of the backward situation on logistics distribution of chain retail:macro economic policies. micro mainly infrastructure falling behind and the lack of talent, and so on. This paper proposes the solution according to problems. According to targets of cold chain logistics distribution, this paper establishes a suitable model for features of cold chain product. Because cold-chain products have characteristics of perishable loss, vehicle of distribution is different from the distribution at normal temperature. At the same time of establishing the objective function that considers cost of distribution path, the paper considers the energy wastage cost of frozen equipment according to the characteristics of the refrigerated vehicles,and considers the cost of damage in transit and discharging,according to the characteristics of perishable loss of cold chain products.The objective function joined the punishment cost which bases on time window according to the actual effect of problem about cold chain distribution. It can improve the quality of service and the safety of products. This model that is objective, easy to understand and strong scalability is benefit to the following study. Paper uses the basic principle of ant colony algorithm to optimize model of distribution path, basing on studying the ant colony algorithm. Optimization model added limitations of the time window and capacity, using the basic algorithm principle, is solved by matlab7.0. This method provides ideas for the future study of intelligently choosing distribution path. At last this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions from the policy level, perfect legal laws and regulations, to the development of logistics in China as a cold chain powerful backing; Operation platform should put forward from the government on increasing investment improve software and hardware construction, strength, unity regional distribution center, using fine soft collaborative distribution strategies, optimize the distribution path, realize the regional coordination and distribution of the countermeasures and suggestions.With the accelerating process of rural urbanization, Retail chain has undergone rapid development both in urban and in rural area. The research on problems about cold chain logistics distribution urban retail chain will appear particularly important. Urban cold-chain logistics will have a better prospect.
