We have gone deep into the basic level,visited the processing enterprises, and surveyed the buckwheat market.It is shown that this country is richly endowed by nature natural conditions in planting buckwheat. In the support of the government, related enterprises have formed initially, and industrialization gradually completed. The industrial chain concluding cultivation, production, processing, and sales has been formed. There are broad prospects in development of the buckwheat, and it will promote the local economic development and improve people’s quality of life.
