But Accompanied by the gradual gathering of real estate credit risk, have gradually become the focus of financial theorists. So the studying of the real estate credit risk has great theoretical and practical significance. Especially with the downturn of the global economic environment, the real estate enterprise funds strand breaks are quite serious, these factors further lead to further dramatic release of the global market and resonance. Through the study found of the financial crisis in the past, whether it is in Western countries or China’s domestic market, the real estate industry’s any sign of trouble will cause severe vibration of the financial markets, and in turn will further promote the intensification of financial market risk affecting other industries through the chain effect healthy development.
