| In recent years, with China’s sustained and rapid economic development, variousbanks quickly to get quick development, banks are also increasingly fierce competitionbetween each other, therefore, the bank customer requirements for banking services hasalso put forward higher depth. In this background, lay out and adjustment of new bankstrategy to adapt the social development also becomes more and more important, withbrand-new development strategy to guide the future development direction of commercialbanks, to establish a new strategic competitive advantage is the major problem currentlyfacing the development of the bank. So,repositioning and research increases to the bankdevelopment strategy, establish to adapt to the current social environment, build themarket competition strategy according to their own interests, so as to adapt to thechanging social environment, to improve their own competitive power, is thecommercial banks at present first to solve a major research topic.According to the theory of competitive strategy, to take a combination of theory andpractice, model analysis and other methods, to Hohhot Chinese bank XC branch as theresearch object, referring to the domestic and foreign commercial banks competitivestrategy of commercial banks related topic research results of the theory and practice,build a variety of models, the model of the Hohhot XC branch of the societyenvironment, development history and the bank’s internal talent and ability to fullyresearch and analysis. At the same time, combined with the SWOT model, analysis theadvantages and disadvantages of the bank and competition outside, developed a set ofconsistent XC branch of the SWOT matrix, puts forward the reform measures of XCbranch of relatively feasible. These new measures fully reflects the differentiation strategytheory.Through the study found that, in the current situation, the implementation ofdifferentiation competitive strategy is most conducive to make full use of Hohhot XCbranch of the internal advantages, grasp the opportunities of development, to improvetheir market core competitive ability, so as to promote the full development of XCbranch,in fact,the XC branch itself has the ability,development of the implementationof the strategy of differentiation. Therefore, the implementation of differentiatedcompetitive strategy is the best conclusion strategic choice of current XC branch. On thisbasis, this paper further expounds the measures to ensure the implementation ofdifferentiation strategy. |
