Socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into the new era,and China's economic development has entered the new era.Our country is in the key period what is transforming the mode of development,optimizing the economic structure,changing the engine of growth,it is the basic characteristic that changes from rapid growth stage into high quality development stage.Modern finance is a source of economic development,because the current economic situation has changed that the financial markets are busy doing the full adjustment,the structural reform of supply-side of financial sector is also voted into the deep waters.As the commercial bank that is the main force of China's financial development,the commercial banks are increasingly important in the whole financial system in this context.How to improve the competitiveness through the bank strategy management has become an important direction for the development of commercial banks.The Postal Savings Bank of China as the one of commercial banks that is China's largest network,the most widely coverage,the largest number of service customers has restored to start the business for thirty years,it is known as "green bank".It provides basic financial services covering both urban and rural areas.The Postal Savings Bank of China was formally established on March 20,2007.It is a commercial bank what established on the basis of reform of the postal savings management system.After the establishment of PBSC,senior management personnel at all levels have aimed the high speed of transformation from the postal savings bank into the large commercial banks.The Postal Savings Bank of China keeps the idea of inclusive finance and has its own development characteristics that undertakes social responsibility,creates a community service,services the small and medium-sized enterprise.The Postal Savings Bank of China Laiwu branch as a branch of PSBC,should not only obey development plan of the Postal Savings Bank of China,but also base on the Laiwu regional development,thus it faces with a lot of complicated problems.After the high-speed development of the early period,PSBC Laiwu branch also gradually show the development of fatigue,that has exposed some innovation ability weak,single product variety,high credit risk,homogeneity,etc.PSBC Laiwu branch should be in the deep analysis of internal and external development environment at the same time,combining with their own advantages in financial markets,solving all kinds of difficult problems,striving to create different competitive strategy,that has provided some useful reference about transformation of the development for the branches.This article is based on PSBC Laiwu branch business about present situation of development,it uses method of PEST analysis and the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,it analysed the overall environment and industry environment outside the PSBC Laiwu branch.Especially paying attention to the comparison of other state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock Banks,bank and village Banks through the analysis of the external environment,and gaining the profit margins about he development of PSBC Laiwu branch bank.This paper revolves around strategic objective and strategic position of PSBC Laiwu branch,using the model of SWOT,putting forward the PSBC Laiwu branch should adopt a "different competitive strategy",making implementation details about the different competitive strategy from the market orientation,financial products,financial services,culture of brand.In order to promote the sustainable,stable,healthy and comprehensive development of PSBC Laiwu branch by consummate measure that served for the strategy of competition.
