| Industrial structure is the level and today’s most central symbol of social andeconomic development. Eighteen reported that industrial restructuring and upgradingis the transformation of economic growth, improve the efficiency of economicdevelopment, rapid economic development of the core aspects of good. YunnanProvince is located on the southwest region of China frontier multi-ethnic, historicaland practical reasons because the department, not the reasonable question ofindustrial development and industrial structure needs to be improved. In the processof implementing the western development, Yunnan in the southwest-facing openimportant "bridgehead" strategic guidance, research industrial restructuring andupgrading, and promoting Yunnan optimization and transformation and upgrading ofindustrial structure, to achieve rapid and healthy development of the economy ofYunnan Province, has important research value.Industrial restructuring and upgrading the present study focused on therationalization of domestic and sophistication, this article intends to rationalize therelevant theoretical basis and sophistication, drawing on research scholars, select theYunnan-related economic indicators2000-2012year, based on AHP modelcomposite index method and factor analysis, including the establishment of two-level indicators, consisting of sixteen two comprehensive evaluation index system,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, Yunnan problems ofindustrial restructuring and upgrading of the status of a comprehensive evaluation.Research results Yunnan industrial restructuring and upgrading the current rate isfar behind the national average, Yunnan between2000to2012, the overall industrialrestructuring has been continuously optimized, which play a central role in leadingthe rationalization of industrial structure and industrial structural sophistication. Onthe basis of empirical analysis above, there are specific problems for industrialrestructuring and upgrading of Yunnan Province, the specific proposals put forwardrelevant countermeasures. |
