| Wetland system and land system and water system are the nature’s mostbiodiversity and the highest ecological function of ecosystem,which offer a variety ofresources for human production,living and recreation,is the most important humanliving environment,with which the sea and the forest are called the world’s three bigecosystems. It has enormous environmental function and benefit,therefore is called“kidney of the earth”. The natural wetland areas of our country are more than2500hectares,Ranking fourth in the world,is one of the most abundant wetland types in theworld. Therefore,facing increasingly serious ecological problems,especially thedamage of wetland system made the wetland restoration and protection imminent，andthe wetland ecological compensation become a top priority of wetland ecologicalprotection.Establishing and improving the wetland ecological compensation system isthe key to this problem.In this paper,the methods of the literature analysis,field investigation andstatistical analysis have been used to analyze the Haifeng wetland nature reserve inYunnan province empirically,to serve as a reference for wetland protection anddevelopment in Yunnan province. On the basis of the field investigation of Haifengwetland,The current situation of tourism development and ecological compensationdevelopment of Haifeng wetland reserve as well as the problems existing in theecological compensation were analyzed,and the wetland ecosystem service functionvalue was calculated in detailed. The method of investment and demand comparativeanalysis has been used to calculate and analyze the ecological compensation demandand investment of Haifeng wetland.Combined with ecosystem service functionvalue,working out the Haifeng wetland ecological compensation standard and thefunding gap and the actual compensation standard and lines. Further putting forwardto establish and perfect the policy system and security system of ecologicalcompensation mechanism of protected areas,to ensure the effective implementation ofthe ecological compensation of conservation areas. The full text are three parts,including eight chapters:The first part,including the first and second chapter,Mainly introduced thebackground,significance,research methods,research contents and innovation points，technical route,literature review and theoretical basis of this thesis.The second par is the core of this paper,including the third,fourth chapters.Through field investigation on the empirical analysis,on the basis of determining thecompensation principles,compensation subject,compensation object andcompensation mode,ecological compensation of tourism development of Haifengwetland has been analyzed statistically,and wetland ecological service function valuehas been calculated and evaluated,ecological compensation standard andcompensation amount has been determined,and the wetland tourism developmentecological compensation policy system and guarantee system have been furtherdesigned,which provide basic guarantee for the effective implementation ofecological compensation.The third part includes chapter5,Is the research conclusion and suggestion ofthis paper,which Proposed the basic conclusions and problems which need to befurther perfect in this paper. |
