At present, the domestic airlines are widespread service differentiation is small,the lack of core competitiveness, make domestic airlines both inside and outside theindustry competitive advantage, have to take low level competition means such asprice war, cause airlines operating conditions deteriorate, profitability decline.Therefore, how to under the new competition environment, improve service qualityand clear target market, build a practical and effective service quality evaluationsystem, improve the core competitive ability has become an important topic facingairlines.Service quality is increasingly becoming one of the key elements of airlinescompetition, service quality evaluation system also gradually become an importantproblem faced in the aviation enterprise quality management. Using related theoriesand methods of strategic management, in the domestic civil aviation, on the basis ofin-depth analysis and study, combined with the strategic environment analysis, airquality analysis, clear E airlines long core competitiveness, scientifically determinethe key environmental factors affecting the development of the enterprise, thecompany’s development of the strategic mission, the guiding ideology, developmentdirection and the overall development strategy. And by using the method, is analysisfor the development of the aviation passenger and cargo transportation businessstrategic objectives. Under the company’s overall strategic guidance, analyze toestablish financial, human resources, marketing strategy, enterprise culture and so onvarious functional departments, and puts forward corresponding proposals on the keylinks of strategy implementation.
