As the rapidly development of Chinese civil aviation industry,the member of flight dispatchers is grow up very quickly.then,it is more and more important for airlines solve the problem of flight dispatchers' qualification management and ability evaluation.these years,many unsafe events occurred at many countries shows that the ability of our dispatchers and fight control system are all insufficient,so what beneficial for airlines to manage their dispatchers' qualification is to establish the evaluation system of dispatchers' technical ability.then,we can improve their dispatch skills?the ability of flight control,let them perform their duty and then we may induced the risk and frequency of unsafe events happens on flights.At present,the management of D airlines for flight dispatchers' qualification management ?training and evaluation of ability is defect,it's also affects working enthusiasm of dispatchers and the quality of their works.this paper will combine the practical management of D airlines to research and analyze the evaluation system of dispatchers' technical ability,and will obtain the methods that fit D airlines for manage his dispatchers,to improve his evaluation quality and management efficiently,to increase the dispatchers' passions of working,consequently,avoid or induce the mistakes happens in dispatchers' works.
