Competition between modern enterprises in the final analysis is the talentcompetition. Enterprises should strengthen internal human resources management,strengthen the improvement of the performance appraisal practice, relying on talentcompetition. Formulation combined with the characteristics of enterprise performanceappraisal scheme is not only to attract talent, retain talent, develop talent, use talentand motivate staff is essential, and can effectively improve the enterprise economicbenefit and competitive advantage.Absorption is presented in this paper, on the basis of performance appraisaltheory research results at home and abroad for reference, adopt theory and empiricalanalysis method, to Qujing Chenggang steel (group) co., LTD performance appraisalstatus quo, train of thought and characteristics of in-depth analysis and research, findout the company performance evaluation problems are as follows: with the enterprisestrategy implementation link, not connected with other business modules of humanresources, linear sector participation is not enough, not to individual performance andteam performance, the combination of performance indicators, failed to timely makeeffective feedback and so on.In Qujing Chenggang steel (group) co., LTD, the existing problems inperformance appraisal, this paper uses the knowledge of the human resourceperformance appraisal system, in accordance with the functional departments andproduction plants in two different categories to develop a middle managers andordinary staff performance appraisal system, and according to the actual situation ofenterprise performance appraisal cycle and clear performance evaluation results ofapplication,and make Qujing Chenggang steel (group) co., LTD performanceappraisal optimization, continuous improvement Suggestions are put forward. Theplan has been run in Qujing Chenggang steel (group) co., LTD to verify theperformance appraisal for the company development.
